This service is for landlords that want to manage their rental properties themselves, but don’t want the hassle of finding tenants, and want the reference/credit checks completed to ensure the most suitable tenants are found, we can help!
What is included in our service to find a great tenant for your rental property?   
* We’ll meet with you to discuss your requirements to effectively work on finding the right tenants for you and your property.
* We’ll provide you with a comprehensive written assessment of your property – so you can be sure you’re receiving fair market rent.

* We’ll conduct viewings of the rental property with prospective tenants

* We’ll work hard to find you the right tenants by conducting comprehensive reference and tenancy checks  on shortlisted applicants.

* We’ll maximise the protection of you and your home by drawing up and executing the Tenancy Agreement and all necessary documentation – and ensure all the paperwork and lodging bonds with tenancy services in required time frame

* We make a photocopy of the keys and have the tenants sign for these on pick up.

Our Fee for the casual letting service is $550.00 +GST. This can be paid upfront or we deduct this fee from your initial tenants’ rent payment and any balances owing will be invoiced.

Should you wish to have a comprehensive Entry Inspection Report, we can also arrange this for you.  This is very important to both the tenants and landlord, to determine whether any defects, damages were there at the start of the agreement.  this could be very helpful should there be a dispute. Contact us for our cost relating to this, we can also assist with regular inspection whilst you manage the day to day care of your property.
